The Parent Portal and the HubHello Families App is part of the HubHello platform that Poosh uses to communicate with families, allows families to manage their accounts, payment information, enrolments and view Educate (observations).
You will have received an email with a unique username and password that allows access to the parent portal, known as HubHello. Email communication from Poosh such as newsletters and invoices will be emailed from Hubhello not Pooshcare. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the forgot password link at any time via the HubHello login page.
